History

The first Believers Church Conference was held in 1967 at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Since then, conferences have taken place roughly every three to four years in different locations throughout North America. To date, there has been 18 conferences on topics as diverse as Balthasar Hübmaier (The 9th Believers Church Conference, 1989) and the tendency towards separation among Believers Churches (The 17th Believers Church Conference, 2017). The most recent conference, The 18th Believers Church Conference, was held at Goshen College in Goshen, Indiana, on the topic of Word, Spirit, and the Renewal of the Church. This website hopes to be a place where those interested in the Believers Church Conferences can come to learn about the movement and to find out when and where the next conference will take place.
